Fear, Shame, & Embarrassment (#MasterYourPath)

Fear, shame, and embarrassment are powerful motivators. But there is no need for them in spiritual growth. If you’ve truly accepted the person that you are and take full responsibility for the person you are becoming, then there is no need for fear, shame or embarrassment. If you can walk through these emotions easily without dwelling, you are (#Golden, #MasterYourPath). These are some of the toughest emotions to conquer.

Often times, when I’m being my normal spritely self, people try to confine me to a box of labels and expectations. They choose to do this instead of taking the time to get to know me, which is a shame. Everyone should take the time to get to know the people in their lives by asking them, who are you?

I’ve never understood people who try to tell you who you are; even family members (#WTF, #MindYourBusiness). How would they know who you are without asking you? How can they tell your story without knowing you, spending time with you, talking with you, learning you? Who made them God to tell you who you are? (#NoOneBitch) Only you can tell people who you are by being your authentic self (#Always).

People who try to confine you are insecure and define themselves with labels and achievements. Because it suits them (#TheyNeedLabels), they project onto you what they’ve gathered from culture and other examples and try to squeeze you into a label as well.

These types of people can sense the confidence on individuals who are firm in their character, and it makes them feel fearful, shame, and embarrassed because they secretly envy you (#YourFreedomToLive). They are toxic, sad souls. They do not see their light, quite yet. But believe that they will in time (#Life). It is not your job to make others feel comfortable just so you can exist in a box that was never meant for you. If they don’t like it, then they can (#TwirlAway).

Don’t dim your light for others. It’s a waste of time. Why would you want to play a role that you never auditioned for? The labelers can go find other feebleminded individuals who want to be mind-controlled by labels (#FuckLabels).

Side note: Dear little joy sprites, be careful of the narcissist. They are masterminds of mind control. They ease you in slowly and try to pull that (#Inception) B.S. on you. Don’t fall for it. You’re stronger than that. They are always very slick and will use fear, shame and embarrassment most often to try to control you. But if you’ve already mastered walking through these emotions with ease, you will avoid them easily (#FuckTheNarcissist). Recognize this special kind of evil. Narcissism is the Devil walking around in a mask. It will assume any role it needs to convince you to do its bidding. Don’t fall for it, especially the ones easy on the eyes.
